A thousand times throttled. A thousand times, nothing happened.

Klaus Lage wouldn’t have been happy with us. In his 80s hit, the thousand-and-first time is the one that finally goes Zoom. With us, even on the 1,001st time, nothing went Zoom.

No employee who complained. No car that had to leave the yard at the end of the day with an empty battery. No grid connection limit exceeded. And that holds even when a lot of wallboxes meet PV systems, battery storage and heat pumps on a tight grid connection.

enmacs:FLEX solves this with many small decisions; 1,400 interventions add up: charging power throttled 1,000 times, a charging session delayed 400 times. Not secret, just in the background. Not silent, just quiet by default. All of it manually overridable when needed.

Something only happens at the end of the year — on the electricity bill, when more than 80% sun has ended up in the cars (more in summer, less in winter, naturally).

Those >80% aren’t a blanket promise from a brochure. They’re measured. Over a full year. On a real fleet, with real people who plug in in the morning and want to drive off in the evening.

Good load management isn’t sacrifice. It’s timing.
